Agios Spiridon (NC): This is a coastal village situated
on the North coast about 5 km past Kassiopi. From the main
road there is an asphalt road of about 1km leading down to a
beautiful beach with a clear turquoise sea and views across to
the Albanian mountains. The village is about 45 km from Corfu
Town nestled under high ridges covered with indigenous under-
growth, Cyprus and olive trees. There is a supermarket, other
houses and tourist accommodation and attraction in the village.

Ano Korakiana: This is one of the most sought after
villages close to the north east coast and is about 17 kilometres
from the centre of Corfu town. The village rests on the side of the
slopes of Pandocrato mountain and is surrounded by tree covered
hills. The two villas for sale are accessed from an asphalt road
leading to the village about two kilometres from the village centre.
These are a new constructions due for completion in October,

Plantanos: This village is situated about 4 kilometers inland
from the coastal town of Roda on the North coast of the island.
The surrounding area has hills covered with olive trees. It is green,

roof tiling. It is a solid construction. The garden is well developed

L. Kogievina: The apartment is on the ground floor and is
accessed up marble stairs to the front door. There is a small
entrance area together with a good sized lounge. The kitchen

This outstanding South facing Villa is situated in the exclusive suburb of Kommeno ten kilometres North of Corfu town. It is secluded and very private. The views from the house are quite stunning. To the East across the sea are the mountains of Northern Greece and Albania which can be clearly seen. To the West is the Gouvia marina with its array of sailing masts. And directly south are the two islands of Lazaretto and Vido and in the distance (some ten kilometres away) is Corfu town proudly displaying its two fortresses. The Villa is modern and beautifully designed. It is set on a slight slope on the side of a hill on top of which is an old Venetian fortress.
