Villa Ghionis
This elegant, 5 bedroom family villa with private swimming pool sleeps 2-9 guests.
Villa Ghionis is located in the upper part of a 4-acre property, below the small hamlet of Analipsis, just 2 kilometers from Corfu Town. This elegant, luxurious but warmly comfortable villa promises to satisfy all expectations of even the most demanding clientele seeking high standard vacations.
The landlords live in their own house secluded in the grounds below the villa with the path from Ghionis to the sea passing by their property, but is not intrusive. Guests can enjoy swimming and snorkeling from the small jetty, where a hired boat can also be moored.
The Villa Ghionis, named after the small owl that you can hear singing during the summer period, commands a beautiful, secluded and exclusive position with the Royal Palace "Mon Repos" and its magnificent gardens to one side, and on the other side, acres of cypress and olive trees reaching down to the coastline.
The swimming pool is on the lower level and from every vantage point the well-established lush gardens are breathtaking. The path winding its way down to the sea is thickly bordered with blue agapanthus, with an umbrella of orange and magnolia trees providing a perfect haven for birds.

Ground floor: Sunny interior courtyard leads into spacious living area which then opens to a large terrace with dining area and BBQ facilities. Large well-equipped kitchen with back top cooker and wall oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate dining room (seats 10 guests). Off the courtyard is an air-conditioned double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Lower floor: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, opens to the private terrace. Second double bedroom with en suite bathroom has sunken marble bath and opens onto the pool terrace. An additional double bedroom and a single bedroom with shared bathroom both open onto the pool terrace.
The design and solidity of the house ensures that all bedrooms are very private and quiet.
