Valentino Taverna, a traditional family-run Greek taverna, features a variety of delicious, homemade Greek and Corfiot dishes--all made with local products and all at reasonable prices. Valentino Taverna is conveniently located 500 meters south of the Chandris Hotel in Dassia. The taverna is open everyday from May 1 to October 31 from 09:00 till 02:00 during the day and 18:00 till late at night.
Begin your meal with a refreshing salad or one of the many tasty starters: mussels saganaki, grilled feta, local sausages or mushrooms with garlic.
Valentino's offers many dishes on the grill: T-bone and fillet steaks, lamb chops, grilled chicken, Gammon with fresh pineapple, or try the mixed grill if you want to sample a variety!
Valentino's also offers a variety of sea food dishes including: shrimps, lobster and swordfish.
Finish your meal with fresh fruit or ice cream.

Gorgona Fish Restaurant
Gorgona Fish Restaurant, also known as The Mermaid Fish Restaurant, has been serving both locals and visitors to the island for more than fifteen years. Recommended by the European Federation of Promoting Hellenic Tourism's "Better Life", Gorgona prides itself on serving only the best local fresh fish, most of which is caught by the owner himself, and prepared made to order on the grill.
Gorgona Fish Restaurant is open every day during the Summer from 15:00 till late; Winter hours: every Friday and Saturday night and open for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Call ahead to book special parties, reserve a table, or ask about the day's specialties.
Fresh fish doesn't necessarily mean a high priced meal. Sold by weight, Gorgona offers three ordering options --from the display, from a set price and from the ala carte menu--so the choice, and price of your meal, is always up to you.
Gorgona offers a huge range of fish and seafood platters all served with rice and boiled vegetables and made to order on the grill. Gorgona also offers a variety of seafood pasta dishes.
Choose from a vast array of fresh salads and starters from mushrooms on the grill to taramousalada.
Each meal includes a plate of seasonal fruits, or try one of Gorgona's special desserts.

From Corfu Town take the Paleokastritsa highway north eight kilometers to the village of Gouvia. Gorgona Fish Restaurant is located on Gouvia's inner road directly across the street from the church and next to Lewis Corkyra Hotel.

Moukas Restaurant, in the heart of Gouvia, was established in 1986. One of Gouvia's premier restaurants, Moukas' serves a variety of traditional homemade Greek dishes prepared from fresh ingredients in a cool garden atmosphere. A full bar is featured, including local and bottled wines and draught and bottled beers. At Moukas Restaurant, a warm welcome and first-rate service is guaranteed.
Moukas Restaurant is open every day during the Summer for lunch and for dinner from 11:00 till the last guest leaves the restaurant. Call ahead to book special parties (birthday cake is always complimentary), to reserve a table, or ask about the day's specialties.
Moukas Restaurant offers a huge range of starters, salads, soups, pizzas, and Greek-style main courses from the grill and from the oven.
Starters include: Octopus in Vinegar, Taramousalata, Fried Aubergines and Peppers, Squid, Shrimp and Crab cocktail.
Main courses from the grill include: fillet steaks and chops in various sauces, grilled chicken, red snapper, lobster, and salmon.
Also available are pastas and mince meat dishes

Panorama Taverna ~Afionas~
Located on a shaded terrace, and perched high upon a verdant hillside, the family-run Panorama Taverna offers traditional Greek dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from the family garden in a spectacular setting. From the open-air taverna take in the view of Agios Georgios Bay to the south and the islands of Kravia, Sikia and Gineka to the north..
Open from the months of April thru October, Panorama Taverna offers traditional Greek cuisine daily for lunch or dinner. Dine on the terrace, drink an ouzo, or simply sit back to enjoy the stunning views.
Specialties include lamb fricassee topped with lemon dressing. At Panorama Taverna, even the wine is homemade, made without chemicals and using the same technique and tradition as the the Greek God of Wine Dionysos.

Located at the center of Gouvia in a building dating back to 1915, Vergina Restaurant first opened for business in 1996. In 1999, an extensive renovation was undertaken by its owners. Today, the restaurant exhibits a fresh, modern decor which is elegant, eclectic, and ever so friendly.
Each night at Vergina, customers dine either in a spacious dining room or under a wide canopy in a garden setting. Many objects d'art representing a rich cultural heritage, including handpainted frescoes on the ceiling of the dining room, Grecian urns, and even a wishing well in the garden decorate each dining area. Each night Greek dancing is done (including plate throwing which is practiced not only for good luck but also to celebrate life and to smash ones troubles on the floor as night falls). Customer participation is always encouraged, and if you don't know the steps, don't worry: the dancers are happy to teach you.

Before opening the Viceroy Indian Restaurant in 1991, Bryn travelled extensively through India researching food traditions and cooking techniques looking for new recipes and ideas. To be as authentic as possible, only the finest of spices and ingredients are used. The spices are imported directly from our shipping agents in Delhi, and the finest quality basmati rice comes from the foothills of the Himalayas. All meats used on the premises are fresh local produce and are unfrozen. You should find everything for your culinary enjoyment on our menu, from creamy pasandas from the North of India to fiery but flavourful vindaloos from the South. The tandoori dishes, including succulent naan breads, are cooked in the authentic charcoal fired tandoor oven by our specialist Tandoor chef (once lit our tandoor oven stays alight all summer with just the addition of fresh charcoals).

Alex Cafe & Wine Bar, a traditional family-run cafe and bar established in 1982, features a variety of homemade dishes for English and international tastes, as well as a full bar featuring local wines, cocktails and beers. Greek and English owned, hospitality is always extended to each guest in the large, shaded garden, or inside the the bar. Mornings are also special at Alex Cafe & Wine Bar, as full English-style breakfasts made with real English products are served from 9:00 until 3:00.

New this year, located adjacent to the restaurant is MATRIX Playland, a video games arcade and cafe. Kids play safely from morning till late.
