Pizzeria da Enzo O Sole Mio
Between the villages of Kontokali and Gouvia in Corfu, Greece you will find a lively and traditional Neapolitan pizzeria, O Sole Mio.
120 years ago the first pizza was created in Naples, Italy, and to this day it remains a favorite the world over--even in Greece.
O Sole Mio and its owner, Enzo, remains loyal to the Neapolitan tradition--from the always fresh ingredients to the authentic music. As Enzo puts it: "If you want fast food, go to Corfu Town; if you want fresh, authentic Neapolitan pizza and pasta, come to O Sole Mio."
And so the tradition lives on at O Sole Mio, from the handcrafted pizza oven (the first one, in fact, constructed on Corfu), to the checkered tablecloths, the homemade pizza, pasta, wine and lemoncello, and the robust atmosphere.
O Sole Mio boasts an ample and mouth-watering menu, all prepared with the freshest ingredients direct from Naples. Guests may choose from a variety of ten homemade pizzas, fourteen pasta dishes, six Neapolitan appetizers, three salads, the house speciality of mussels, escallop of chicken, not to mention four distinctive wines from Tuscany. Of course, don't forget Enzo's own homemade lemoncello and panacotta for dessert.
O Sole Mio and its delicious food and drink might even satisfy the ferocious appetite of Totò De Curtis!

Opening in mid-March, lthe owners of O Sole Mio will offer a wide variety of Italian products in their new Italian mini-market located in Kontokali, fifty metres from O Sole Mio, next to the Games Cafe.
On sale at the new mini-market will be a selection of Italian specialty cheeses: mozzarella, Parmasiano, Romano, and many others.
Also availahble will be Italian spcialty meats, including Prociutto and swalami.
If Italian wines are to your taste, the mini market will stock all the traditional Italian varietals, including Chianti, Valpolicella, Barolo, Bardolino, and many more.
Try the mini market's offering of Italian breads and confctions, as well as garnishes, and other Italian delicacies.
