Also included: a conversation with the this unique establishment's owner and proprietor.

The editors of Happy Holidays Corfu (Web site & Directory) and Happy Holidays Corfu Magazine have made this beautiful Greek island in the Ionian Sea their home. As year-round residents of the island, they welcome all visitors to the publication, and invite you to browse the many and diverse pages herein.

By trade, both editors are established authors, with a total of six published books to their credit (available in the United States, Canada and Great Britain). In 2004, (their fourth year as Corfu residents) they established Medscape Internet Development, (a subsidiary of Escape Media Publishers), which publishes this Web site, as well as many others, worldwide.

She is also the creator of the Corfu Business Directory, and she is also an editor for Corfu Mode, an on-line directory for fashion on the Island of Corfu. 'Medlover' lives in the Village of Kontokali with her husband and her cat Felix.
