Sidari, a tourist resort offering many amenities, is situated on an open bay with a lovely sandy beach.

The characteristic porous rocks, which the sea has sculpted into strange shapes, offer an impressive site. Some of these rocks, rising out of the sea, form a sort of fjord, or natural canal known as 'Canal D'amour'. From Sidari, kayques set out for the nearby islands of Mathraki, Othonoi and Ereikoussa.
